1. Saying yes to these terms

These Terms of Service are the deal between you and Saskatoon Casino. They apply from your first visit to your last bet.

By creating an account, signing in or wagering, you accept these terms. If they are not acceptable to you, please stay off our site.

  • These terms work alongside our Bonus Terms, Privacy Notice, Cookies and Tracking page, Responsible Play page, Anti-Money Laundering Policy and 19+ Policy.
  • If a bonus offer conflicts with these terms, the offer's own conditions win for that offer only.

2. The law behind the lights

We are a Canadian casino based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The laws of Saskatchewan and of Canada govern these terms.

Play only switches on where local law permits it. Canadian rules shape every check we run on age, identity and money laundering. A dispute that gets past our complaints process goes to the courts with jurisdiction under that law.

3. What is off limits

Play fair, play solo, play clean. The following will get an account restricted or shut:

  • Handing your play over to bots, scripts or any automated tool.
  • Teaming up with other players to win an advantage, share hands or shift money between accounts.
  • Using stolen cards, someone else's payment method or funds from crime.
  • Opening extra accounts, including under another name.
  • Exploiting a bug, error or glitch instead of telling us about it.
  • Hiding your location with tools that defeat our geolocation checks.
  • Abusive, threatening or offensive messages to our staff.
  • Any act aimed at cheating us, our partners or other players.

Catch any of that and we may freeze funds, void the winnings linked to it, and limit or close your account. If the law requires it, details go to the authorities.

4. Limits on our liability

We run a tight floor, but no system is perfect. Our games and site come as they are, and we do not promise they will run without breaks.

  • Losses that come from your own internet connection, device or settings are not our responsibility.
  • We accept no responsibility for indirect losses, for example lost profits or missed opportunities.
  • Our total liability to you is limited to the amount in your account connected to the claim.
  • Where the law does not allow a limit, that limit does not apply.

5. Bonuses

Bonus funds, the welcome offer and Saskatoon Rewards each come with conditions. All of them sit on our Bonus Terms page. Please read it before you opt in to anything.

6. Who can play

The door opens at 19. No exceptions.

  • You must be 19+.
  • You must be in Canada when you play.
  • Online casino play must be legal under the local law where you are located.
  • You must not be self-excluded with us or on a cooling-off break.

No deposit goes through until we finish your geolocation and identity (KYC) checks. Spot a player under 19 behind an account? It gets shut, and our 19+ Policy kicks in.

7. Our brand, our content

The Saskatoon Casino name and logo, the site design, every word and graphic, and the games are our property or the property of partners who license them to us.

This site is meant for your own personal play. Want to copy, sell, frame or reuse any of it? You need our written permission first.

8. Money in, money out in CAD

Every balance, bet and payout runs in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Deposits

  • Minimum deposit: C$10.

Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal: C$10.
  • Maximum withdrawal: C$25,000 per day.
  • Speed: most methods complete a payout within 1 to 4 hours. Bank wire may take up to 12 hours.
  • Fees: zero. Deposits cost nothing, withdrawals cost nothing.

Payouts are returned to a method you own. Before paying out, we may ask for additional documents confirming your identity and the source of your funds, as described in our Anti-Money Laundering Policy.

9. One player, one account

One person. One account. That is the rule.

  • Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep them current any time they change.
  • Do not share your password. Any bet made under your login counts as yours.
  • Accounts cannot be sold, shared or handed over.
  • Duplicate accounts will be closed. Bonuses and winnings on them can be cancelled.

10. Games, RNG and live tables

Rules and payout information for each game appear within the game itself. Check them before playing.

  • Random number generators power our digital games, so each result is random and independent.
  • Live dealer tables broadcast direct from studios. Whatever result the studio system records is final.
  • When a game malfunctions, every play and payout touched by the fault is void.
  • If a game freezes mid-round, the round settles under that game's rules once the connection returns.

11. Complaints

Got a problem? Tell us straight.

  • Email help@saskatooncasino.app with your username, the day the trouble started and a few lines on what happened.
  • Add screenshots or transaction details if you have them.
  • Each complaint is investigated, and we send our answer by email.

12. Changes to these terms

Rules shift. New games land. So these terms get updated now and then. Every updated version goes up on this page, stamped with the day it kicks in.
